Fire Passport — for Responsible Persons and managing agents
The app is free. The building record is free, and stays free. The only charge a building can reach is the server year, and it does not reach it while its assessments come through Fire Suite Pro.

Contractor Library
Every contractor joins by the same route, whether they applied themselves or a Responsible Person invited them — so the Library is one directory with one standard, not two. Responsible Persons are never charged to invite a contractor, to search the Library, or to run a tender. The one charge an issuer can incur is £5 for rejecting every tender after the return date when two or more were received. Cancelling before the return date is free.

Tenders run to a code of practice published in full inside the app, on a button on every tender — what the list is, how long tenderers get, when returns open, what happens if there is an error in a priced document, and how long uploaded documents are kept. Nobody has to buy a book to read the rules they are tendering under.
What we do not charge for
No seat licences. No per-building monthly subscription. No charge to a Responsible Person for holding a record, receiving an assessment, running a tender, or reading their own Management Log — the only charge a tender can reach them for is rejecting every tender after the return date. Nothing is charged for editing, re-versioning or correcting work before it is published.
