A question about a building's fire safety duties, an assessment you have been given, or how the apps fit your work. I reply by email within two working days, as general guidance. Anything about a specific building is an appointment, and I will say so.

Structured fire risk assessments with statutory and guidance citations attached to every question. The first release pathway covers purpose-built residential blocks of flats, with sheltered housing, specialised housing and further premises types in build.
Door Pro
Per-door fire door inspections — specification, gaps, seals, closers and condition — feeding door findings back into the fire risk assessment.
CS Pro
Compartmentation surveys — compartment walls, floors and doors, the service penetrations through them and the linear gaps between them. A survey guide lists every element type, repeated for each location, and each one is recorded as a finding or marked none present or not accessed before the survey can be signed off. Failed checks write the remedial actions, with photographic evidence, and open defects carry forward to the next visit.
Stairs Pro
Staircase and escape route surveys covering construction, protection and condition of the means of escape. Shipping in a later release — it appears in the suite marked coming soon.
Strategy Pro
Retrospective fire strategies for existing residential buildings — the evacuation policy, the safeguards it requires, and the specification the building must satisfy to support it.
PPM Pro
Five-year planned maintenance programmes for blocks of flats — the externals, the internal common parts and the services, each element with its condition, its dates and its price. Work falling beyond five years is listed but carries no cost. Each year’s programme is re-issued from the last, with the work done marked off and the rest re-priced, and where the building’s Fire Passport already tracks a cycle, such as the five-yearly electrical test, that cycle carries across.
FIV Pro
Fire insurance valuations — reinstatement cost assessments for blocks of flats and other non-domestic buildings, under the RICS guidance note. An elemental schedule of floor areas and rates, with one button that brings the rates up to the latest published Retail Prices Index from the Office for National Statistics, so a renewal needs new dates and a single press. The report states its basis, assumptions, limitations and exclusions.

Fire Passport™ — free for the people who manage the buildings
The app the building's Responsible Person or managing agent runs for themselves: the building record, and a Management Log that keeps every statutory check on its required cadence with the evidence attached — delegated to the people doing the work, logged by them, and carried intact when the building changes hands.
