Fire Passport™ — for Responsible Persons
The app the building's Responsible Person or managing agent runs for themselves: the building record, and a Management Log that keeps every statutory check on its required cadence with the evidence attached — delegated to the people doing the work, logged by them, and carried intact when the building changes hands. It also runs single-stage selective tenders to a published code of practice, with returns sealed until the return date. One record per property, built for agents managing portfolios. It feeds the assessment, which is where Fire Suite Pro picks it up.
